Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, usually faster. But remember this is a goal, not a guarantee. USPS is usually the cheapest way to send you games but occasionally we'll use Priority Mail. Either way it usually takes another two or three days. If it absolutely, positively has to be there by a certain date, we can ship FEDEX or UPS or Priority Mail. Just give us a call at 415-516-3232 and we are happy to oblige. We'll just have to charge you accordingly.

In the U.S.

The cost of shipping is based on the total value of merchandise sent to each address (see chart below). Occasionally an item may be out of stock and we will notify you by email or phone.

International

Unfortunately for a company our size selling games under $20, it's just too darn expensive and time consuming to ship internationally. In fact shipping is more than the cost of a game which is crazy. So we've made the tough decision to only ship in the U.S. So sorry.

If you can't live without one of our games and live outside the U.S., please email us at imagineeringsf@gmail.com and we'll try to work out a price.

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you totally love the Imagineering stuff your purchased from us. However, in the rare event that you need to exchange or return an item, all you have to do is call us at 415-516-3232 or email us at imagineeringsf@gmail.com. You must contact us within 14 days (or 13 nights) in order to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please provide your Imagineering invoice order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. All items must be unused and in the original packing. We do not issue refunds. But we are happy to replace, exchange or credit an item. We apologize but shipping charges are not refundable. And just to be extra safe, you may want to insure the items before mailing. We need to receive the item(s) in good condition before we can issue an exchange or credit.

Gifts

Although we do believe our products make great gifts, unfortunately we are not able to provide any gift boxes or wrapping. However, during checkout you can include a gift note and we will hand write one for you and slip it in the package.
